HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE · INDIA
OPD, IPD, nursing, lab, pharmacy and billing on one patient record.
Ekansh is an HMIS built for Indian hospitals, nursing homes and multi-speciality clinics. Reception, doctors, nurses, the lab and the pharmacy work from the same patient file, from the first OPD token to the final discharge bill, on the web and on Android.
WHAT YOU GET
OPD, IPD, nursing, lab, pharmacy and billing on one patient record.
OPD
Register patients with a UHID, issue walk-in tokens or appointments, collect the OPD fee by UPI or cash and send the patient straight into the doctor's queue.
IPD & BEDS
Admit with an advance, allocate and transfer beds, and see every ward's occupancy at a glance. Bed charges follow the ward's daily rate.
NURSING
Vitals, medication administration (MAR), intake and output, insulin and infusions, recorded at the bedside on the Android app and visible to the doctor at once.
DOCTORS
Write the consultation and e-prescription, order lab tests and medicines from the note, and see results come back to the same patient file.
BILLING & DISCHARGE
Charges, advances, payments and dues stay up to date during the stay, so the discharge bill and discharge summary are ready when the patient is.
ABDM & PMJAY
Create and verify ABHA, check patients in with Scan & Share, share records with consent, and run the PMJAY compliance and claim paperwork from the same admission.
WHY EKANSH
A hospital management information system (HMIS) runs a hospital's daily operations: patient registration, OPD appointments, IPD admissions and beds, nursing and doctor records, lab and pharmacy orders, billing and discharge. Ekansh puts all of these on one shared patient record.
Yes. Many Indian hospitals start with reception, OPD and IPD billing and add clinical modules later. Ekansh is modular, so a 20-bed nursing home and a multi-speciality hospital each pay for what they use.
Yes. PMJAY patients can be onboarded from an admission, with daily compliance, surgery phases, discharge documents and the claim bundle tracked in the same workspace.
Yes. Ekansh has cleared the National Health Authority's ABDM functional-testing milestones M1, M2 and M3, covering ABHA creation, Scan & Share check-in and consent-based record sharing. These are integration milestones, not a government endorsement.
Yes. The Ekansh Android app on Google Play gives each role its own workspace, including bedside nursing charts.
It depends on the modules, beds and users your hospital needs. Book a free demo and we will quote for your setup.
